I am not 100 hundred per cent sure what dragonfly this is because it may be a slightly different species to the English type.

Hi! It's a species of the genus Sympetrum. A male, since females are greenish coloured. It seems S. meridionale because of its thorax without black sutures.

Sorry. It isn´t Sympetrum spp. It's likely Crocothemis erythraea.
